Specifies the default length of each interval (in minutes) that can be reserved for this dining area. This interval can also be set for each dining period.
The program builds the Dining Table Allocation Entry table and the Dining Table Allocation Interval Entry table by using information about the occupancy and reservation for each dining table at each interval during the time range of the timeline view.
