Contains the ID of the POS menu that maps look (skin and font) to possible reservation statuses of reservation entries shown in the Allocation panel.
The reservation entries are shown as lines in a grid and the program determines the skin and font of each line by using this map between the line's reservation status and the skin and font.
The RESERV_STATUS command is selected for each of the menu lines and a reservation status as parameter for each line.
