You can enter corrections to the transactions to increase or decrease the commission. This is done in the Commission entries that have not yet been booked:
- Go to the Commission Sales Periods page.
- Click the
icon, enter the Posting Date for the sales period that is to be closed, and click the Actions - Process - End of Period actions.
It is also possible to recalculate the commission for selected entries and for certain sales accounts, as long as the period that the commission is valid for has not been marked as closed.
