For Frequent Buyer Programs, personal coupons are created in the Update Member Information process.
You can issue a personal coupon on the POS, and you can also earn a personal coupon as an additional benefit when you trigger an offer that gives coupon as a benefit.
Note: For coupons issued on the POS and for benefit coupons, the Coupon ID Method field (on the Use FastTab on the Store Coupons, Return Coupons, and Manufacturer Coupons pages) must be set to Serial No. for offline POS to work.
When you publish a coupon, the coupon is not personal. Every member can use the coupon to trigger an offer. Such coupons are not listed as personal coupons.
