Order Management is basically about how a customer can keep track of his or her placed orders from the Magento Dashboard.
The Order Management feature lets you:
- Create orders for guest users with shipping and billing information.
- Create orders for members with shipping and billing information.
- Accept online and offline payment methods.
- Is supported for all orders created from front end as well as the admin panel.
- Admin can now make order requests to LS Central from order detail at the admin panel if, for some reason, the request could not be completed on the front end as part of disaster recovery.
