Job File Is Missing, No Records of the Job in the DD Archive Folder

If the data is missing at the Store level, you have to read the debug log from the POS Host and/or look at the debug log at the Store DD.

Check for any errors at the time when POS finished the sale, and see if there is any incoming connection at the store, and if there is an error. There are cases where the job data is not valid and is missing some information for DD to be able to process the data, that DD may have gotten the job but cancels the processing because of invalid data, so the job never shows up in the job archive at the DD host or shows up in the Job Monitor.
