The Timeline view is accessible from all pages that have the Matrix action. For example:
- From the Role Center, click the Matrix action on the Actions menu.
- The click the Timeline action on the Activity Matrix View's Home menu.
In addition to the Role Center, the Matrix and Timeline actions are also accessible from the Reservation Card and the Reservation List.
The Timeline view gives you a nice view of the day schedule as a list in chronological order. Every activity for the selected date is shown with the client name, the number of persons, the time, and comments.
You can filter the view to show only activities belonging to a specific activity type, and you can select interval settings. You can specify which resource should be displayed as part of the main view. In a spa environment, for example, you can choose if the human resource assignment is shown or the location assignment, depending on the view selection.
From this view you can access the reservation, client details or the Activity card, using the actions on the Home menu.
