You can create promotional codes to identify special pricing or discounts. Normally, promo codes are used when booking products through the web front, but promo codes can also be assigned in the back end booking process, on the Reservation and Activity cards.

| Status | Initial status is Draft, but a promo code can be active or closed. Only an active promo code can be used to retrieve discounted pricing. |
| Date Activated | Automatically populated when first activated. |
| Date Expires | Specifies if the promo code should only be valid to a certain date. |
| Max No. of Sales | Specifies if the promo code can only be used for a limited number of activity registrations. |
| Sold Activities | Shows the number of activities which have been registered with the promo code assigned. |
| Sold Amount | Shows the total amount of sold of activities that have been registered with the promo code assigned. |
